Our Promise

At Best! Appliance Skins, if we make a mistake, we’ll fix it quickly and to your satisfaction — guaranteed.

Please note: Our products are magnetic appliance skins, not appliances. They are designed to attach to existing metal appliance surfaces.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this, production begins and orders cannot be altered or cancelled.

Custom, printed, or made-to-order items are produced quickly, so timing is important.

Returns & Refunds

Most purchases may be returned within 15 days of delivery, if approved by our support team.

To start a return, contact us first for approval and the correct return address.

Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted or refunded.

Approved Return Conditions

If a return is approved:

  • Items must be unused and not installed
  • Products must be returned in new condition
  • Free of scratches, cuts, creases, or damage caused by improper handling
  • Returned within 30 days of return approval

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Eligible Return Reasons

Returns may be approved if the product:

  • Was damaged during shipping
  • Has a manufacturing defect
  • Differs in size by more than ¼ inch from the listed dimensions

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

The following items are final sale once delivered:

  • Custom size magnetic skins
  • Customer-uploaded image skins
  • Printed graphic skins
  • Stainless steel, colored, or white magnetic skins

Refunds or replacements for these items are issued only if:

  • The item arrives damaged during shipping
  • There is a verified manufacturing defect

Measuring & Fit Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying measurements before ordering.

Products that do not fit due to incorrect customer measurements are not eligible for return or refund.

Measurement Confirmation (Required for Custom Products)

Before adding to cart, customers are asked to confirm:

☐ My appliance surface is magnetic

☐ I have measured my appliance carefully

☐ I understand that custom and printed skins are final sale unless damaged or defective

How to Measure

  • Measure only the flat metal surface
  • Do not include handles, edges, or non-flat surfaces
  • Leave ~1/8" clearance around edges

Color & Material Variations

Exact color matching to appliances cannot be guaranteed.

Slight variations may occur due to:

  • Dye lot differences
  • Supplier variations
  • Screen display differences

These variations do not qualify as defects. For best color consistency, we recommend ordering multiple skins at the same time.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and product
  2. Email the photos to support@bestapplianceskins.com
  3. Indicate whether you prefer a replacement or refund

Do not return damaged items unless instructed.

Keep damaged items for 30 days, as the carrier may request inspection for the claim.

Refused Shipments

Orders that are refused, undeliverable, or returned to sender may incur:

  • Return shipping charges
  • Restocking fees
  • Original shipping costs

These charges will be deducted from any refund.

Customer Uploaded Images

By uploading artwork or images, the customer confirms they own the rights or have permission to use the content.

Best! Appliance Skins is not responsible for copyright or trademark disputes resulting from customer-provided images.
