OUR PROMISE

At Best! Appliance Skins, if we make a mistake, we’ll fix it—quickly and to your satisfaction. Guaranteed.

Please note: our products are not actual appliances. They are high-quality magnetic skins designed to apply to your existing appliances.


RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

All purchases are final 15 days after delivery.

Before returning any product, you must email or call us for return approval and a return address.

  • Do not send products back without prior approval

  • Returns sent without approval will not be accepted

If a return is approved:

  • The product must be shipped back within 30 days of approval

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping

  • Products must be returned in new condition, free of scratches, scuffs, cuts, or damage caused by improper handling or repacking

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund minus a 20% restocking fee will be issued.


ELIGIBLE RETURNS

Returns may be approved for products that:

  • Were damaged during shipping

  • Have printing flaws or material defects

  • Vary in size by more than ¼ inch from the stated measurements


HOW TO RETURN

  1. Email or call us to request return approval and receive the correct return address

  2. Create a new shipping label using the provided return address

  3. Ship the product back to us

⚠️ Important:
Do not ship returns to the address on the original shipping label. Returns sent to the original “ship-to” address will not reach the correct warehouse and will not be refunded.


STAINLESS STEEL, WHITE, COLORED, PRINTED IMAGES & CUSTOM SIZES

All purchases of Stainless Steel, White, Colored, Printed Image, and Custom Size Magnetic Skins are final once received, whether the package is opened or unopened.

Refunds or replacements are only issued if the product:

  • Is damaged during shipping

  • Has material defects

Before ordering:

  • Measure your appliance carefully

  • Confirm that your appliance surface is magnetic

  • Email us to request a free color sample

Please note:

  • We do not guarantee color matches to other appliances

  • Sample colors may vary slightly due to dye lots and supplier differences

  • For best color consistency, we recommend ordering multiple skins at the same time


DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the damage

  2. Email the photos to us and let us know whether you prefer a replacement or a refund

Do not return the damaged product.
Please keep it for 30 days, as the carrier may request inspection for a damage claim. After 30 days, you may discard it.
